No stock and no feedback

I've been trying to find out where to get stock of the Hauwei G7 to no avail. No one gets back to a person and also can't even order it online and I'm now beyond frustrated and wondering why I've been a loyal customer for so many years.<br> <br> I\ve been to the Picbel Parkade branch in Cape Town about 6 times to find out if they have stock and left my name and number every time as the staff said that they will get back to me and to date still nothing.<br> <br> E-mailed the Customer Service dept on 25 June 2015 after not getting anywhere via the MTN branches and no feedback whatsoever. Forwarded the same e-mail again on 13 July 2015 which a Gugulethu Mthemu has forwarded onto Retentions and to date STILL no feedback.<br> <br> Phoned Picbel Parkade***) quite a few times including Thursday
