NO STOCK

Upgraded my contract a week ago, new phone was said to be released for delivery, only to have to phone 135 a week later and being informed there is no stock of the phone.....no one let me know, no communication nothing.....how is this possible, you sell a product, but wait no stock, and no communication. Ridiculous
