No Stock

Went to Westville Mtn store , to renew contract selected contract for MacBook Air - then informed we have stock of the Computer but no stock of the Modem that goes with the computer in the package. When asked is there stock yes but the modem is being kept for someone else - I was in the store. I was asked good they get the stock for me the next day - time is 14h08 and still waiting for a call back. Tried to call the following numbers ********** / 8101 and no answer I called each 10+ times and still no answer. I have been a long standing member of MTN from the time of Italk Cellular. And the service has slipped Kindly contact me to rectify the situation
