NO STATEMENTS
I have requested MTN for my monthly statement for the past 6 months now, up and until today i have not received my statement from them but i have to pay my account on time or i will be cut off. This started the day they promised to credit my account after some miss understanding, i dont know if they credited my account or not. For example instead of paying R199.00 per month they request R215.00 +- a month, what is this for i dont know. I have no idea what is hapenning to my accounts .
