No statements

<p>Last year, my MTN account run into arrears and I gave an instruction from someone in accounts to call me but no one bothered. MTN decided to take me to their lawyers MBD which I was told I owe R18000 but we I asked MTN I was told I only owe about R8000. So agreed to do the arrangement with their lawyers which I have been paying since last year with no issues. I don't recieve statements, I dont even know how much I owe now. I also asked them if theis arrangement wont affect my credit score and I was told that as long as I'm paying everything will be fine. I tried apply for credit but I'm decline because MTN. I tried calling the contract department but I was told that my line is now prepaid, also tried callind MBD but the is no answer, I dont even know if the money they are deducting gets to MTN. Even the legal department at MTN does not help. I want to know how much is outstanding so that I can settle it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone contact me </p>
