NO STATEMENT ISSUED, HACKED AND STILL NO STATEMENT CAN BE ISSUED

I had an MTN Data contract from 2009 with MTN. End of March I had surprise debit of R4 500. I went to the Centurion store to enquire with my ID and the consultant could not trace my account on system. I went to Menlyn Mall and this time was assist, they could pick up my details. And told me that I am owing them R8 900. But how so? Sorry it is information on the system. However I had all the time a recurring Data on my contract month after month. Suddenly it is used up and I am owing now R8900.00. I disputed the bill that I have not used the DATA. The consulatant ordered me an itemised bill to view where, how and at what time until today I am still waiting. Why do we have to RICA our phones if ***** like this is permitted by service providers . The worst service is I am being debited with this huge bills, with no proof from the service provider. Who can help me, as I did not use this DATA as explained to me that sorry you must pay, the bill is in your name. MTN must please train staff not only on sales and services to know their product, to know the RISK on the product and also have a turnaround time to queries. I am now waiting for 2 months to get the feedback. And intend to take further steps as nobody cares. And I hope my ITC report is not affected by this go slow reply at MTN to investigate the matter and come up with proof that who used the DATA and how it was used. And why I was not informed about this when it start to happen. I am very upset and need answers.
