No Solution to my problem!

I purchased a Samsung Grand Neo at Mtn in Alberton about 11 months ago, last night the phone suddenly stopped working (the touch screen is not working) <br> I took the phone to MTN in Bryanston at the Nicolway shopping center to see if they were able to come up with a solution or perhaps repair the phone. <br> When i arrived, the customer service lady was busy on her phone and I had to disturb her to assist me. <br> I told her my phone had stopped working and she then chatted over to the manager to ask about someone who was supposed to be in but was on training (I assume the person responsible for booking phones in etc) she then proceeded to tell me that it would take 2-3 weeks to repair (which i accepted) and then I asked for a loan phone as I cannot be without a phone for 3 weeks! she said that they didnt have one and that the customer they had given it to, had not yet returned it. <br> I found that unacceptable, surely there must be a backup plan?? she refused to even try to accommodate my request for a solution and just point blankly said they could not help me. <br> I asked to see the manager, and he gave me the same story - the lack of trying to come up with a viable solution was astounding.
