No signal with MTN

Everytime we get load shedding in Sabie, which is quite often compared to other places, not only do all the lights go off but also the MTN phone signal. So we are stuck with no communication whatsoever. Even when the power is on the MTN signal is so weak I have to go out onto my driveway to get reception. WHAT IS GOING ON MTN AND WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM
