No signal to make calls

We are based in Wapadrand, Pretoria within 200m from a tower and can't make or accept any calls all of a sudden. The quality is so bad that no one can hear the other. You have to run outside and search for a spot to stand in order to try and have a call on your cellphone. Even outside the signal is very problematic... Please advise the solution as this is now getting absurd.
