No signal since last year

Cell tower no working since last year. We keep reporting and the just do not fix the problem I am fed up now as we live on a farm and it is not save to not be able to get hold of anyone because there is no signal. Please assist tower no2989 and tower no 5941. When we ask they just say that it is fiscal work that needs to be done and the dont know when they will get to it
