No signal or service during load shedding or when it rains. Unbelievable.

Every single time that it rains, or we have a power outage due to load shedding, MTN goes down completely. Both me, my wife, my neighbor and my parents phones all show “No Service” for most of the time when there is no power. If it does come on, it shows that it is connected via Edge. I’ve complained so many times about the Gonubie MTN tower, that I really just feel like giving up on this useless company. Quick to take your cash, but can never deliver the service. Please send a technician and fix the tower. You owe it to your customers to at least try give them what they pay for. It’s so tiring dealing with MTN.
