No signal from MTN!!!

Good morning, I am so frustrated!! For the last 6 weeks we have had no signal for Mtn in our Kameelfontein area!! I complain every single day to MTn, but nothing happens. We can not receive calls, or make outgoing calls. Mtn this is unacceptable when i pay you R2500 per month!! Pretoria!!
