No signal for WI FI: BA***

No signal for WI FI: BA***. PJ Olivier No WiFi signal from the 5th of March when I made a new contract with them to which various people confirmed I have coverage in my area, previous connection was disconnected. Received a new device on the 10th up until now still no signal, wrote numeral emails and spoke with multiple representatives on different days regarding this issue, they referred me to the coverage team which then informed me that there is no coverage in my area. All enquiries are fruitless and I am being sent around in circles, I am thinking of cancelling my contract.
