No signal for a week and ongoing.

Since 15 January 2020 until this day the Balfour, Mpumalanga area has been without signal from MTN. They say it is faulty towers, then the towers has been vandalized, then there is no power at the towers, etc. I have called the MTN Coverage centre a dozen times relating to this issue and they are completely useless in assisting customers! I have not received a call back from the Supervisor or the Engineers and the Consultants only inform you that they will escalate the query. How long does it take to come back to me with a valid explanation and a solution to the situation!? Business are being affected by this issue and you seem to not care about your customers.
