No signal cover

Called mtn customer "care" three times over the weekend for assistance with no network cover. They stated that there is maybe a problem in my area but no network support over weekends and it wil only be attend to within 3 work days. I have been on edge or no signal for 5 days now and just get the answer that we are sorry or we dont have any comments on your complaint or that this is the wrong department and you should try again in the week or wait an hour and see if there is any change. . .

Thank you for your post.
We are sorry to have disappointed you with our service and would like to assure you that we do strive to provide the best service at all times.

We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us.

Hi,
10 days now and the situation is still te same. I have been informed that there is an over temperature problem at one of the signal towers. This is very poor service because im not the only person affected so surely this shoud have higher priority. . .ive been at mtn now for over 10 years and this is the first time ive been thinking to move to another provider. . .worst service ever
