No Signal but I pay for it

I am in Standerton, Langebaan street. I do not have signal. I in excess of 2K every month on my three contracts with MTN. I do not have signal. Like E and H all the time. I would love LTE...its 2 km from me. They say I dont fall in the coverage. I say ...the man next to me has a booster from Poynting...and he has LTE on MTN. They keep on babbling "You do not have coverage" but he has and he is also a MTN costumer...why cant I get the same service. He pays 500 a month, I pay over 2000...still the Coverage lady says...sorry no coverage.

No care to help me, no costumer loyalty... My one accoutn is due for upgrade now...which brings MTN 1200 a month...they keep calling me "Please sir, we have nice deals for you" but why the hell would I stay with them...guess its time to cancel all three because of contract breach and then just go to Telkom.
