NO SIGNAL And SERVICE

[#***] No service from MTN. This reference nr bears reference that I have filed and completed a coverage complaint with MTN in 2020, also that I have followed up with them every three months. I am still sitting with no signal in terms of voice and data on Kalbasfontein despite having requested MTN to send a technician to come and address the problem. I have shop here and cannot sell any airtime. I have completed the coverage forms as requested by MTN multiple times and just nothing comes from it. They apologize for the inconvenience and that is as far as it gets. I discovered that MTN has installed signal boosters into my neighbours home for free. But I do not get any service when requesting a coverage technician to come to kalbasfontein and also speak to me. This is unacceptable. MTN service stinks. It's NON existent. And clearly favouritism is in the order of the day here.
