No signal

I’m really struggling with mtn and not having any signal it’s been a month already and it doesn’t look like it’s getting any better I’ve logged complaints and I get responses that says fault has been cleared only to get home with same problem I’ve been having for a month already yet I’m expected to pay for my contract come month end . This is very disappointing shame and I’ve been a loyal to them for over 10 years
