No Signal

I live in Hartbee****rt and every time that the power is cut due to load shedding there is no signal at all. Upon complaining at MTN in Hartbee****rt the manager just shrugs and says that MTN do not have back up batteries in this area. All the other networks have generators or backup batteries. If the power is cut for three hours a day then my phone is useless!!
