NO signal

I recently moved to Balirgowrie in JHB from Fourways (where I got full LTE) and now I barely get 2 bars of 3g - my calls drop all the time, I cant use data and the calls break up constantly. After many calls (dropped and being sent to different departments) they tell me there is a technical problem with the tower that supplies this area and I will just have to wait until it's fixed, there is nothing that they can do. This is after they told me there was no issue at all. I have been here since the 21st of August so I have been experiencing this for a month now. How is it that I still have to pay my monthly fee in full, and actually way more as I have to call people back around 3 or 4 times to speak to them?? I cant say my payment is a work in progress and there is nothing I can do!!! I work from home and this is a real issue for my work!! Not acceptable!!!!!
