No sigal and no service MTN

I’m a long-time customer of MTN, for the last 6 weeks I’m having signal problems in De Rust, Oudtshoorn where I live. I have been to the Oudtshoorn and George branches, called the customer care centre, technical department several times. I can’t even call emergency numbers. I had people trying to break into my house last night and had no way of contacting the police. I’ve tested my phone with a Vodacom and Cell c sim card and they both picked up the signal as soon as I rebooted. The Oudtshoorn branch tested my sim card and said there was nothing wrong with it.
