No Showmax subscription received as agreed per contract
On 24Nov 2017 I signed a contract with MTN which was suppose to include 3months worth of free ShowMax subscription. After signing the contract I was told by the store sales rep and their call centers agents that I will receive a SMS from them in 14 days containing the voucher code for ShowMax. I is currently 3 weeks later and I have not received my code yet. When speaking to their call center agents it is clear that most of them really dont understand that you require a code from MTN to activate the ShowMax subscription. The most common answer I get from MTN is that I'm not suppose to receive a SMS but actually that the ShowMax is preloaded which does not make sense at all. The continue ignoring my service requests. This is flase adverti*****t from MTN and poor service. I would recommend anyone who is interested in a ShowMax deal via MTN to rather leave the offer.
