NO SHOW
I requested for an additional contract 5 days ago and I was told it will be delivered today at my work place 11/12/2015 as I am due to go on holiday after today (outside the country). I have been chasing them daily for the past 5 days and today, the delivery company RTT confirmed a totally wrong address from what I gave MTN and as a result RTT says they cant deliver today due to getting wrong address from MTN, bear in mind that I am off work after today till 2016, I have called MTN over and over for them to get an urgent authorization to deliver this parcel. I made it clear that should I not get this parcel today, I will cancel this order. they are just useless and I demand for my parcel to be delivered today still. order number is MV*** and the RTT delivery tracking number is 0f***.
