No Sevice from MTN - Pathetic

The issues just go on and on... This must be the 5th post on the NON-SERVICE I have been receiving from MTN. Since Friday my phone has shown "No Service". I thought maybe they are having ANOTHER network outage, but when by Friday the message persisted, I called the support number from my landline. The recording said that I am in arrears by R800. Firstly I don't understand this at all since I pay by debit order, however, out of desperation, I immediately made the payment. I tried repeatedly to get connected to a REAL PERSON, but got cut off every time. By Tuesday - STILL NO SERVICE, so I tried again. This time I was fortunate to get a person on the other end who told me that my services was definitely not suspended and that I just has to shut off the phone for 10 minutes (as if I have not tried this a 100 times since Friday), but she will also "refresh the line". After going through these instrusctions, quess what still NO SERVICE, so another phone call. This time I spoke to Sipho Lala who told me that this time I had to switch off the phone and take out the SIM card for 10 minutes and the MTN was really sorry but that it was an error on their part and that my services had not been disconnected. When I asked to speak to a team leader, I got a lot of excuses. When I insisted, I was put on hold and then told that the team leader was in a meeting and that he would get him/her to call me back. I asked the question "how will she call me back if my service is not working". Sipho assured me that this time the service will come back. Quess what, STILL NO SERVICE and of course no phone call from the team leader Keshen Maredi. I am at a loss....
