No Servise

My service has been suspended from the beginning of the week. Reason (per SMS) is lack of payment. That is obviously incorrect as I did pay it on 27-05-2020 (that in days before the due date). When I phone 135 “nobody” answers. Temporary Network Difficulties . . . ????? Every day??? Really!!! This happened last month as well. So, I pay for a service I don’t get. All this was reported via mail, internet & Messenger, still no response.
