No service with MTN

I went to MTN Hartbee****rt on Wednesday 27 October about 10:00, provided all the required documentation. I was informed that Mpo, the lady assisting me does not know which internet browser to use to log onto the system. The rest of the staff was not helpful at all. I was informed that she will do the contract renewal on the number ending with 9099 that day. It did not happen.

I called the afternoon and a gentleman informed me that Mpo will follow up with me on Wednesday before the end of the business day.

This did not happen.

I then called them on Friday 29 October and was relayed to a call centre.
