No Service to complain about
I can not complain about the service at MTN because there is NONE!!!! Firstly they take me to legal for R7.62 and when i asked them why the did not just contact me or let me pay the difference the next month they had the ordasity to tell me it is for the way I have been paying! I have paid them every month on time so apparently you should not do so then your not paying in the manner they want you to. Now I am struggling to get my line unsuspended! They have received there monies owed but I still have no service and it is three days later and they tell me legal must sort this out but they have no number to speak to them! And this is not the first time i had probelms with MTN. THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!!! I will never in my life do business with them again! And i will make sure everybody knows how bad their service or lack thereoff is!
