No Service Technician
Being a MTN contract subscriber, I am very upset with the service I received at the Middelburg Mall branch. I called the call centre to find out if I could take my phone in so that it could be fixed. They assured me that the branch would be able to help me and I would have my phone the same day. I was shocked to hear from the lady at the middelburg mall branch that they had to send my phone away and that it would take a month before I get it back!! Their reason being is that they don't have a technician so they can't do anything. So why is it that the call centre says one thing and the branch says another. I was also told if I want it fixed the same day I have to drive to Midrand. Why must I travel to Midrand to have my phone fixed if there is a MTN I'm our mall.

Kindly be advised that the Repairs are not done at the stores. The stores however are responsible for collection and dispatching the handset and for a quicker turn around time on repairs it is advisable to visit the Repair Center as it was indicated. The repairs can take up to 4hoursdepending on the fault found.
