No service received

Data enquiry #*** email sent 8/5/2020

The last time data received on number linked to email query sent yesterday was in March. There was an upgrade done and after that we experienced problems. When calling you customer service line we get an automated message not assistingat all. To date we have had to buy data and pay a contract.. what is the point?
