NO service provided from this service provider!

I have been trying for over a year to get into contact with MTN to change my debit order date to no avail.

Recently my account has been suspended, I paid late as the payment bounced due to it being a double debit as my contract was renewed. Not sure why it was such a hefty amount but that is not my biggest issue here. I went into the branch to settle my account and it has been three weeks, my account is still suspended even after begging MTN to get in touch with me as they are unreachable on all platforms. I have tried the call centre but "due to technical difficulties" no one ever answers the phone. The branches can't assist as they have limited authorization. The app doesn't work. I have tried e-mailing them to all teh possible e-mail addresses I can possibly find to just ask them to get in touch but I am still waiting.

I have even tried to cancel my contracts to get their attention and get them to contact me. I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!!

MTN - please just phone me!
