No service provided as per promise

First I used to stay in Kathu in the Northern Cape and battled with the signal for my MTM modem (Number: ***), as well as the internet speed. We now moved back to Secunda in Mpumalanga and at times I have to hang my modem outside my home to get an signal. When I phoned MTN coverage department on 10 November 2014, they promised me that they will contact me within 10 working days. No one contacted me up to 22 December 2014. Then I sent them an e-mail.<br> <br> I did phone on 2 December 2014 for a second time. I was phoning from a Vodacom phone and thus pay for my calls. I held the line for about 24 minutes before I stopped the call. I asked them to return my call, but they (***) did not want to do so. So it is expected from me to even spend my call money for the poor service delivery. About three weeks ago they sent me a question list to complete.<br> I did pay every month for 15 months even though the service was poor, even non existing at times. MTN on the other hand do not deliver the service that was requested. I did send them a e-mail to cancel the debit order, but that does not happen either.
