No service - pardon the pun

Last year October i moved into a new place, not even 1km away from my previous place and yet i have no signal? Had i moved to a rural location in the middle of the Kruger National Park i would understand, but it is 1km from my last residence. On numerous occasions i have contacted MTN regarding this matter, no resolution was offereed, infact of the numerous call operators i spoke to from various departments not one of them followed through with the service they offered. Out of desperation i found out there is a Vodacom tower next door to my new complex and i called MTN yet again to find out when my contract is up so i can move service providers. THIS WAS NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH EITHER! i am a single woman living on hehr own and when i am in my apartment it says "no service" on my device! God forbid i should be in an emergency one evening while in my home. I have had to give my security office looking after our complex my family's numbers and have given my family the guard's number incase of an emergency - this is shameful as stated before i have contacted MTN regarding this on numerous occasions. i have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 20 years, paid for their service yet it seems my support and business is clearly not of value. This evening was the last straw for me, in order for me to make and receive a call i have to walk out my complex into the road, if this is not bad enough this evening while on the phone to my mom the phone call failed 6 times, then to put the cherry on the cake i tried to call the MTN help line - this failed 7 times too. I HAVE NOW HAD ENOUGH! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON HOW I CAN GET THE INFO REQUIRED TO TERMINATE A CONTRACT. When visiting a MTN store the service is just as pathetic! i do noyt want to waste my money on this poor, shameful service any longer! PS. MTN - i gave you a one star rating as the field is required, you dont come close to deserving this
