No Service or help to date - over 2 weeks now!

I used the call blocking feature on my phone to block all incoming calls to my phone as I was away on holiday.<br> Upon return tried to revert back myself with no luck.<br> <br> Tried calling customer care on 808 and when ever I tried to speak to a human the line kept dropping.<br> I tried this several times over a few days and eventually gave up.<br> <br> Mailed their support on the 18th of March 2015 and receive and auto response.<br> <br> They then mailed me back on on the 26th of March telling me they are escalating it.<br> To date still no further word from them.<br> <br> As the saying goes, you can't complain about the service cause their is none!
