No Service on New LTE
I recently purchased an LTE sim card, and did a sim swap a few weeks back. Everything was perfect for like tw weeks, thereafter while I was using my phone it just said NO SIM. Went to MTN and the lady there told me to relax it's because of the strike. That was like 2 weeks back. Till now my sim card is not working. When I call the call centre I can't get through. Exactly what is going on?
