NO SERVICE - NO SUPPORT
I have never been more frustrated with any company than what i am with MTN at the moment. Since you thought it was okay to go on strike i have very limited signal if any at all which for me as a woman can be life threatening should i find myself in an emergency. secondly i cannot upgrade my contract because MTN stores have no contact with head office regarding receiving stock, thirdly my account changes from Month to Month, in March my statement balance was Zero now all of the sudden it went up to R1816 and now R1836 - how does that make sense? i cant even speak to anyone about it unless i hold on the line for over an hour and even then no one can assist me. please advise where i can find your service level agreement to your customers as i feel that MTN are in breach of contract in all aspects and now when i want to cancel for obvious reasons i am told that although t only owe 918 after payment today my cancellation is over R4600?? why must i pay R4600 plus when MTN are in the wrong... this is not a joke you are messing with peoples lives and money - this needs to be escalated to the NCC!!!!
