No service no help

Hallo MTN. I'm up to my neck with the trouble I have with MTN. I went to see MTN in Cradle stone and to MTN in Benoni and no one could assist me.

I've got a contract but can't use my data. When I go into MTN they tell me to Buy 1 GB extra while I still have the one GB.

When I buy airtime MTN immediately takes money from my airtime.

Nobody helps me. It's now a year that O struggle with this. Will anybody please assist me.
