No service no help
I have been trying for two weeks now to stop my contract. I have been to a store, said they cant do it in store. Phoned 808 amd after the 4th time, waiting 23 minutes for someone to answer, they were also not very helpful. Facebook messages stating someone will call me to fix the problem, still waiting. I will never go back to mtn, no matter what great deals they have

Payment should be made to the below account, prior to the cancellation of the contract.

The contract will only be cancelled once the payment is done for the early termination fee, please make the payment, the payment will reflect in 48 hours on the account. Once reflected you need to call the retentions department to assist you with the cancellation of the contract.
