No service MTN mall@carnival🚮

I have been reporting that my daughter’s Wi-Fi is not not working since April, I have reported this to MTN mall@carnival 3 times already, the don’t care attitude from the staff is unacceptable. Yesterday I called in again to follow up and I was told they will call me back, 24 hours later still no call from them. Money is deducted every single month with no service from MTN.
