No Service - Mtn

We have no connectivity for the whole day! You cannot talk to anybody to find out why there is a problem - only a machine with 1,2,3 - there is NO client service!!!!!!! What is going on?????? I think for the money we pay at least have the respect for your clients to let them know what is going on!!!! Can I put in a claim for loss of income for MTN poor service! I hope the CEO will take a paycut for poor service
