No Service, MTN

If I could, I wouldn't even rate MTN at 1 star. I would give them no stars. For the past 4 weeks I've been calling their call center so that they can fix my upgrade. First reference ***, nothing was done. I was promised I would be contacted in 2-3 days. I called back, received second reference Snc/*** and that it would definitely be done. Today still nothing. I am still without the minutes that I keep being debited for, this is the 4th month now. I'm totally disgusted at the appalling service.
