No Service matters !!

This company is primarily staffed by people who have no training or no respect for customers or both !!! On a monthly basis my service is suspended anwhere between the 20th and the 30th of the month for supposed non payment of my account which is supposed to be before the 7th of the following month according to my statements. Despite numerous email enquiries and physical visits to their support stores in order to solve this problem it continues. Each and every time I am assured that is is now solved and will not happen again - sadly empty promises ! I wish it was possible for me to sue them for breach of contract - as that is what I believe this constitutes !! Every month I am without service for at least day and sometimes longer. This impacts on my ability to earn a living !
