No service guaranteed

I have been trying to cancel my contract and their customer service number won't allow me to go through or when I do get through they put the phone down on me. I am disgusted at the service at MTN which is why I want to cancel. They are the most unhelpful and unfriendly people to deal with and the only time they are willing to speak to me is when they want to sell me something. So disappointing. I would definitely not recommended them.
