No service from service Champions

I have now been struggling for more than two weeks to get assistance with a new sign up I need business LTE and have been holding the phone for days on end hoping to get to the correct department, leaving messages to be called back also in vain, I'm seriously disappointed, Lol service champions on your calls are just a nightmare from broken phones to porting my number to anything except the business sales department May I please get someone to assist me?
