NO SERVICE FROM NOZIPHO

MTN Service shock!!

Just got off a Call with a Service Consultant by the Name NOZIPHO....the level of poor service rendered, does MTN Quality Assure their service calls..Lost my SIM card needed information on how to get a replacement all she could say was just go into an MTN store closer to you, the follow up question was which is the closest to my area she said just google it...SERIOUSLY MTN??
