No service from MTN just give app payment option that doesnt function and don't give a ****

Needed to pay MTN - app payment refuses to work complained about this before but they just give you the middle finger as nobody cared. Paid by EFT only option available but now they have cut me off as not paid. What bad customer focus. as MTN the staff are king not the customer. Just like the Government.
