No Service from MTN Insurance for over a month now
Have lodge an lost phone claim on 26 May 2015 and to this day 01 July 2015, Mtn has not processed the insurance claim. Been phoneless for over a month now. When I call Mtn Insurance, the call centre agents say that they can't help as only an assessor handles the claims. They only can escalate to an assessor who would call me within 48 hours. That did not happen either. I basically am now GUTTED with calling them every 2 days and still not getting any help.

MTN sucks and really is full of ****!! No wonder employees are on strike. MTN does not care for it's customers and employees.
