No service from MTN

I am extremely frustarted. Beginning October 2020 I app**** onlin for an additional contract for a Tablet. Nothing, no word back from MTN, no call, no messages. I sent numerous emails, submitted requests on various forms asking whats going on, till now, no reply, no calls, no nothing!! I eventually drove to MTN today to apply in the shop..."sorry, our systems are down. We can't do anything for you" FYI...closest MTN to my home is 30min drive one way. What am I supposed to do to just get tablet? There is a special running that I app**** for, this is going to end in the next few days and still I have nothing.
