No service from MTN contract for 2 months (25 April)

My refence number from MTN. the bozza network REQ***, from 25 April I had problems if the network were I do not receive calls, OPT and SMS on my number. I only use my phone with whatsup call. I have called MTN countless times and went to MTN Cresta and today 25 June still no services, I have a contract with MTN @ R819 per month. My number is the only contact i have for my bank account's OPT. my security system for my house and car.

I will love for the services activated if they are deactivated. On 19 June I emailed MTN customer services asking for help and got a respond from them 25 June@ 20h45.
