NO SERVICE FROM MTN AGAIN

I cancelled my expired contact with mtn in the beginning of November 2022 and it would've been the last date of operation on the 14 of November 2022, today the 1 December 2022 my account got debited so my conclusion about the mtn service provider is as follows that everything they "provide" is a continental f@@@-up please fix your sh@t otherwise the next communication letter will be from my lawyer and you lot on the paying end of business.
