NO SERVICE FROM MTN

No network coverage since 20 December 2022. Reported it at MTN on 20 December 2022 at 09:50. Followed up on progress at 14:20, again on 22 December 2022 at 10:58 and 16:40 and 23 December 2022 at 11:10 and 16:34. Their answer was always that their technicians is investigating the matter. Still got no coverage. Absolutely no service from MTN, but they will expect me to pay therefor at the end of the month.
